New Exhibit Reveal & Open House
Standing over 6’ tall and 30’ long, our newest attraction offers a unique view of our region, featuring 40+ synagogues (from the late1800’s to today) embodying an expansive story of migration and growth that has shaped the Midwest Jewish story for more than a century.

About the event
Join us for light refreshments, in-depth tours, music and celebration as we open our newest attraction to the public. These early structures tell a story all their own as they would come to define a new facet of uniquely American (and Jewish) life. Some were majestic and ornate, while others possessed a simple, understated beauty. Whether Orthodox, Conservative, or Reform, the shuls reflect an ever-evolving community of individuals.
